🎃 Halloween Special: Spooky Outdoor Games for the Whole Family

Halloween is just around the corner – the perfect opportunity to have fun outdoors with the kids! Whether in the garden, on the driveway, or at the park: with a few creative ideas, your Halloween night will be full of thrills. We’ll show you how to create simple outdoor games with a spooky twist – of course including a matching HUDORA product for extra movement & joy!

1. The Great Ghost Hunt in the Garden

During the ghost hunt, little spook keepers turn into brave ghost catchers! Here’s how it works:

  • Hide some homemade “ghosts” made from white fabric or paper tissues around the garden.
  • Set a timer – then it’s time to search and collect!
  • Each ghost earns points – but watch out: some ghosts “haunt” you and trigger extra tasks (e.g., “Scare Dad!”).

Extra tip with HUDORA:
Attach a small cloth bag to a scooter or balance bike – perfect for collecting ghosts! That way, the hunt becomes not only spooky but sporty too.

2. Spider Race with the HUDORA Scooter

A fast-paced thrill for everyone who loves speed!

  • A HUDORA scooter for every “monster”
  • Small decorative spiders made of plastic or cardboard

Place a spider on the scooter deck. Now roll off – without letting it fall! Whoever completes the course fastest wins.

Tip: You can make the course even spookier with pumpkins or fake tombstones.

3. The Creepy Night Obstacle Course

Turn your garden into a haunted Halloween adventure!

  • Zombie Tunnel: Crawl under a tarp or old bedsheet
  • Bat Long Jump: Jump over plush toys or pumpkins
  • Witch’s Broom Slalom with obstacles
  • Monster Jumping: Escape from ghosts on a HUDORA trampoline

Goal: As fast as possible – without moving the obstacles!

4. Vampire Pumpkin Toss

Super easy to make yourself:

  • Cut a large piece of cardboard into the shape of a pumpkin
  • Cut holes for the mouth or eyes
  • Mark balls as “vampire teeth”

Now it’s time to aim and throw! With HUDORA balls or softballs, it works great – even for younger kids.
