Shipping and Payment Terms

Shipping is only available within Germany and Austria. Both the billing and delivery address must be located in Germany or Austria.

Please note that we do not deliver to PACKSTATIONS. We always require a postal delivery address. Also, note that orders from Austria can only be paid via PayPal.

Shipping Costs
In addition to the product prices listed, the following shipping costs apply:

• For deliveries within Germany, a shipping fee of €5.95 applies. (Free shipping for orders over €80)
• For deliveries to Austria, a shipping fee of €10.00 applies. (Free shipping for orders over €80)
• For multi-carton variants and/or bulky goods, shipping costs are €19.95. (Free shipping for orders over €80)

Shipping costs are displayed again during the order process. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries of ordered goods if this is reasonable for you and necessary for technical or logistical reasons to ensure timely processing. Of course, no additional shipping costs will arise for you as a result. We ship via letter, parcel, or freight service. Please provide a delivery address where delivery can be made without complications.

Delivery Time
Delivery within Germany generally takes 5 working days (Monday to Friday) after issuing the payment order to the transferring bank or from the time of placing the order if you choose to purchase by invoice. Delivery to Austria takes 7 working days.
If deadlines are stated as working days, these refer to all weekdays except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays at our location in Remscheid (North Rhine-Westphalia). If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized at the delivery location, the deadline will be extended to the next working day.
