Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the following countries:

• Germany
• Austria
• Netherlands
• Spain
• France
• Belgium
• Italy

The billing and shipping address must be located in one of the above-listed countries.

Note: Delivery to Packstations or parcel lockers is unfortunately not possible. Please provide a valid postal delivery address where delivery can take place without any issues.

Shipping Costs

Note: Shipping of bulky goods and multi-package items is only possible within Germany and Austria.

The exact shipping costs will be shown again during the checkout process.

Note: We reserve the right to send your order in multiple partial shipments if this is reasonable and necessary for technical or logistical reasons. No additional shipping costs will be charged in such cases.

Shipping is carried out by letter mail, parcel service, or freight forwarding – depending on the type and scope of your order.

Important Information Regarding Returns:
In the event of a withdrawal from the contract, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. If you use the returns portal provided by us, a flat return fee of €3.95 will be charged and deducted from your refund. This does not apply to returns based on statutory warranty claims, in particular in cases of defective goods, transport damage, or incorrect deliveries.

We reserve the right to verify the reason for return stated in the returns portal after receipt and inspection of the goods. If it is determined that the actual reason for return differs from the information provided, the applicable return shipping costs may be adjusted accordingly.
