Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within thirty days without providing any reason. The revocation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Deutsche Retail GmbH, Alte Papierfabrik 28, 40699 Erkrath, [email protected], Phone: 0211 561594 99, Fax: 02191 - 9349597) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample revocation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than thirty days from the day we receive your notice of revocation from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods (in the original box and in the original condition - unused) immediately and in any case no later than thirty days from the day you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the thirty-day period has expired. We will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
