To help us process your return quickly and issue any applicable refund as soon as possible, please follow the instructions below:

1. Complete the form in full.
2. After submitting the form, you will receive an email containing a link to the DHL Returns Portal.
3. Please include the delivery note in your parcel so that we can correctly identify and process your return without delay.

Important Notice:

For chargeable return reasons, an amount of €3.95 will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to review the selected reason for return once the goods have been received and inspected. If the actual reason for return differs from the information provided in the returns portal, the applicable return shipping costs may be adjusted accordingly.

Returning Multiple Parcels?

If you would like to return multiple parcels, please complete a separate form for each parcel. One return label will be generated per form. This is the only way we can correctly identify and process your returns.
