The LQN and Item Number
To assist you quickly and easily with any questions or issues, we need the item number and LQN number of your product. The LQN number is HUDORA's internal batch number. It is a two-line combination of numbers and letters, which is affixed to your product as a sticker or label.
The LQN number includes the item number (the number in the first row) and encoded data about the place and time of manufacture.
Where can I find these numbers?
Typically, the LQN number is located on the underside of the product or, for smaller items, on the packaging. For example:
- On scooters and skateboards, it is found under the deck.
- On balance bikes, it is located on the frame below the seat post or on the inside of the rear fork.
- On trampolines, it is found on one of the trampoline legs.
- On inline skates, it is on a label on the inside of the tongue.
- For small items, it is on the outer packaging.
- For home- and crosstrainers, it is below the main frame.
