Within PayPal Plus services, we offer various payment methods. You will be redirected to PayPal's website, where you can enter your payment details and confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instruction. More information is provided during the order process.
PayPal
If you have chosen PayPal, you must be registered there or first register and legitimize yourself with your login details. The payment transaction will be executed automatically by PayPal after confirming the payment instruction.
Direct Debit
If you have chosen direct debit, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. By confirming the payment instruction, you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal in a separate prenotification about the date of the account debit. The payment transaction will be executed, and your account debited immediately after the payment instruction.
Credit Card
If you have chosen credit card as your payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. The payment transaction will be executed immediately after the payment instruction and your legitimation as the rightful cardholder, and your card will be charged.
Invoice
If you have chosen to pay by invoice, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. After a successful address and credit check and the submission of your order, we assign our claim to PayPal. In this case, you can only pay PayPal. PayPal's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply in addition to our terms. For more information, visit: PayPal Invoice Terms.
5. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is made.
6. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failing to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in clause 8, statutory defect liability law applies. Information on any additional warranties and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the shop.
8. Liability
We are always fully liable for claims for damages or reimbursement of futile expenses caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents:
For the violation of essential contractual obligations, whose fulfillment enables the proper execution of the contract and on whose observance the contracting party may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), the liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
